Reports Builder query

How do I run reports builder on a different windows 10 machine.

This is so our developer can amend /compile forms and reports

Forms builder and sql developer connect and work/compile fine

So far I have installed standalone forms builder and sql developer

But I am not sure how to do the same for reports builder.

We have a DEV environment setup

APP server (forms and reports + weblogic)

DB server.

Path to rwbuilder is this (on APP server) - C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bin\rwbuilder.exe

But how do I run this on a seperate Windows 10 developer machine.

Apologies if this is an easy answer I could not find anything on here in the community :)
