Need to change a supplier email address for PO direct Connect

We have a supplier contact who is no longer with the supplier. The direct connect PO is sending to the former supplier employee the purchase order. We need to change the email account for the supplier. Is there a place to change the email? The address book contact info is blank for this supplier. Could this be in the CXML side? Thank you for any help. Doug
