Following a tools upgrade, all Orchestrator Data Requests error due to non-existent column security

We just upgraded to Tools Release 9.2.6.2. All existing Data Requests in Orchestrator give the following warning when opened:

"Data Request has references to the following secured columns:"

Every column is "secured" in every data request. No actual column security exists within the F00950. The role has C/P/M access to SREQs. New data requests fail to load the tables at all. Other Orchestrator tools (so far) do not seem to be affected.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?
