User specific performance issue in Oracle PDH for item attribute change

in Performance - EBS (MOSC) Question

Lifecycle change for a single item through Product Information Management responsibility is taking approximately 2-3 minutes for a specific user in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH). Ideally, it should complete within seconds. Can we find out the limitations of roles and responsibilities for a specific user? Is there a workaround to fix the performance issue being faced currently?
