Generic FSG Excel Template is not available from Default Template List

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are attempting to test the "Generic FSG Excel Template" in Report Manager (OOXML is Enabled), but the Template does not appear in the Default Templates LOV in Publishing Parameters during Report Submission.

Generic FSG Template and Generic FSG Drill Template are available but throw warning messages when resulting output is viewed in excel. Hope was that the Generic FSG Excel Template might eliminate those warnings.
