2021 year unavailable for Benefits ACA process Error Data XML

Has anyone had issues trying to run the Benefits ACA process Error Data XML process? We submitted to the IRS and have been accepted with errors, but when I try to run this process 2021 doesn't show in the parameter lov.

I did initially mistype the receipt ID when I updated the transmission status, and skipped the 'C', but followed the 'Benefits ACA Process Error Data XML Launch Panel Is Not Showing Reporting Year in LOV (Doc ID 2722147.1)' note, and that didn't work. We also tried completely bouncing after putting the transmission status back to submission pending, but still no luck.
