Patch 19297927: CHANGE OF BEHAVIOR IN JDBC 12.1 DUE TO BUG 14389749 CAUSES QUERIES TO FAIL

Patch 19297927 - After applying the patch for release (12.1.0.2.0) with ojdbc7.jar the application database connectivity is failing, and further debugging we noticed the patch is incorrect and missing few inner classes for the following files.

  1. GeneratedPhysicalConnection.class
  2. OracleDriver.class

Kindly please correct the patch contents, I doubt if these patches are tested before release?
