Is there any reason of incompatible within the code for the post quick batch and auto invoice job?

We notice the 'Submit Post batch as part of the process lockbox' gets lock when the 'Auto invoice program' is running very long and it doesnt let the Submit post batch to complete.


FYI... there is no incompatible setup, just that both Submit postbatch and auto invoice program will be on running status.
