Wage Attachment Fees not reflecting in YTD totals on Pay Stub History screen

Hello,

Our HR department has noticed that the fee portion of a wage attachment is not included in the YTD amounts on the Pay Stub History screen after the first pay check of a calendar year. So the $3 fee is included in the YTD amount for the first pay check in the calendar year, but subsequent pay checks in that calendar year do not include this $3 fee in the YTD totals. The same issue is showing up on the Payroll Register report (R073012).

The fee is being properly deducted for the check itself, so that's not a concern.

Is there an ESU available to fix this?
