Oracle 19C Move database files

Dear Oracle support,

Currently I have an oracle database 19C standard version installed on a windows server 2012.How can I move the database to another partion on the Server. Let's say for example I have the files on F: disk and I want to move them J:. What are the steps necessary to perform this action.
