Purchase Order Requsition
PO xxxxxx is stuck as In Process so is coming through on our reports as needing to be actioned. Originally raised by employee last year who is no longer with the business. Change request was made in iProcurement by the user to change the price. The request did not come through until 22/02/2022 (request was previously stuck).
PO cannot be opened or closed. Unable to forward to anyone for approval until change request has been responded to. When I try and respond to the change request, I am told I do not have access – I believe only the employee that created the change request would be able to do this?
