Deposit Fees Functionality Clarification (Individual)

Updating Application Status Individually

Once the program status is updated to Admitted and the Career/Admit Term has deposit fees setup to it, the page cannot be saved until the Deposit Fees is calculated. If I just clicked the "Calculate Deposit Fees" link, the deposit fee is not really calculated yet, but the page would let me save it. For the deposit fee to be calculated and applied (populate the PS_ADM_APPL_DEP table), I need to click the link, and click the "Calculate Deposit Fees" button.


I would like to clarify that this is how it is designed. I guess we are having issue with some staff not calculating the deposit fees all the way...
