Not able to Delete Unreconciled Payment in A/P

Hi,

We are getting error message while deleting the payment using Void manual payment option (using Action Code= D on JDE screen in JDE World Soft A 7.3 version).

The Error message is "You may not perform Delete / Void on a Payment that is reconciled."

When we look at F0911R there is no reconciliation code associate with this payment and it's blank (F0911.RCND). Also through the manual reconciliation program it doesn't show payment is reconciled.

Is there any other file (except F0911R) where reconciliation code is stored

Any suggestions why is JDE giving this error and not letting delete payment when payment is not reconciled.
