Is oracka package required for Database 19c install on Solaris 11, not RAC?

Hello,

Document 2552551.1 Requirements for Installing Oracle Database 19c on Oracle Solaris 11 on SPARC (64-Bit) shows Package Requirements pkg://solaris/system/kernel/oracka (Only for Oracle Real Application Clusters installations).

My Solaris 11 SPARC 64-bit server does not have this package. We are not using Real Application Clusters. The installer showed this as a missing required package even though I selected Single instance database installation, not RAC installation.

Is this package required for Single instance databases or RAC only? If I choose to ignore it, could that cause issues?
