VCF4 File not Found

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

Hi everyone,

We are implementing Credit Card for iExpense and we received a sample Visa VCF4 from our bank. We set up the cards and programs. We ran the Visa VCF 4 Transaction Loader and Validation Program and with US Bank Visa Transaction Loader and Validation Program and both ends with error: file could not be found. If we enter to the server we can see the file. Does anyone have an idea why is this happening?

Any help will be appreciated.
