Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am getting an error when I validate an account rule condition with ampersand

Here is the rule condition: "Category Flexfield Segment 1"(FA,S,S) = MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT 'AND' "Category Flexfield Segment 2"(FA,S,S) = NONE

I am getting this error:The validation failed for one or more errors {0}. (XLA-870336)

Can someone kindly help with the correct syntax?
