Routing for Specific Line Disappearing over Weekend

Hi.

We are facing a critical problem at the time of ship confirm. At the weekend specific line disappearing for routing. At the week start its automatically working fine, for that we analysis and found that in F4945 shipment charges table we not found and line but on weekday it is showing without any setup. Please guide us any setup for this issue we missed it. For your reference we attached file. Here you can see in one order two shipment available. One shipment is working fine and other is not working. Same database is there. I don’t know why this
