dataguard between 11g and 19c

Hello Pros,

I need to create standby database (19c) from 11g primary database for migration purposes, the complete scenario is:

1- create standby on 19c

2- change standby to snapshot for testing

3- resync standby after testing is done

is this scenario doable or not? if yes, are there any issues to consider during the operation?
