Oracle 12C Datafile-io-traffic prompt critical

Lastly, we had a Windows Server 2016 DBS oracle 12c prompted the 'datafile-io-traffic',

it is by the "check_oracle_health" script to monitor the oracle 12c function key.

then we found that some user login VCS-Site is logout by server automatical sometime.

so how could we hanlde the 'datafile-io-traffic' issues? and if it need to check the AWR report?
