How to know code_combination_id if I have only project,task,EXP_type,EXP_org

i need to know how to get the code_combination_id if I know only the Project name, task number, Expenditure Type, Expenditure Organization

or anyway to find function or package using the autoAccounting to reflect the account by the mentioned Project name, task number, Expenditure Type, Expenditure Organization
