Unable to identify employee on Manage Benefits Instances with only User IDs
Good Morning All,
Just want to see if anyone else is having the same issue as us and if so what did they do to resolve the issue.
Currently on the Manage Benefits Instances, there are 7 columns under Activity Guide Instances - Title, Context Data, Template, Status, User ID, Last Updated Date and Active. Our Benefits Administrators do not have access to the User Profile page and it is very impossible to identify who is the employee who have a life event in progress by having just the User IDs. It would be nice if the Employee ID and/or Employee Name added to this grid.
