How to change the base view in Agile PLM workflow section

Hi All,

I just wanted to understand how can i personalize the base view in workflow, i wanted to change the orders of columns in workflow tab (want sign off comment near sign off user), also i wanted to understand how can i make my own personalize view to select automatically when i create a new ECR or ECO.
