Cashiering - Post Corporate Payments

Hello,

A campus uses PeopleSoft cashiering to post Credit Card payments they process through Elavon for third-party payments. The last time they posted a credit card payment was in December 2021. It is now asking for Credit Card information on PS which it didn’t use to ask this. Is there a way they can bypass it? Is there a setting to update?
