Campaign Initiatives in Contributor Relations

I posted this question to the HEUG listserv, but I also wanted to post here for additional input.

Our Advancement Operations Specialist is asking how inactive campaign initiative codes can be hidden from the dropdown list for the Campaign field on the gift entry page.  My testing indicates that even inactive campaign initiatives are displayed. (Contributor Relations > Initiatives > Campaign Initiatives > Manage Campaigns > Campaign Initiatives)

We are on CS 9.2, PUM 23.
