Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to solve non zero planned quantity in batch paper?

When we release the batch paper then we received the following message as:

"At least one product line must have both a non-zero Planned Qty and Cost Allocation Factor"

Please suggest me how to solve it?
