Custom Form data not getting saved

Hi Gurus,

We are seeing one issue intermittently that custom form data changes are not getting saved after release activities (Even if there are no changes to form)

The only change we had was one of the dependent dependent object was changed

When we just do recompile the form the issue gets resolved automatically without doing changes

Since we are unable to replicate the issue in non prod

Could you please suggest in what cases existing form will behave like this
