Curve Profiles - Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)

How does Curve Profile actually work in OPC? For example, I set up the Curve Profile "End Delivery" with the last 100% at the end (from first to 20th - will be 0% and on 21st - 100%). Let's say the duration is 100 days and the cost is 100$, and the resource assignment (according to the curve) should be on the 100th day. But in Primavera cloud, it allocates the last 5 days (20$ x 5 days).

Shouldn't it be - on 100th day, the cost is 100$. Am I missing something?
