Sponsor Credits/Refunds to Students

Hello,

Is there functionality that allows us to refund any credits to the student recipient versus back to a sponsor? We have a scenario where a sponsor wants the credits to go to the student.

I was looking into the Designate Corporate Sponsor page, but it seems like it only allows one emplid to be linked.
