Autopost scheduled process doesn't select unposted journals

Autopost scheduled process doesn't select unposted journals for the Autopost criteria set. Solution provided in knowledge base was to change the criteria set and allow all sources/category for posting which doesn't make sense. We need to follow approval process in other sources/category and hence we cannot change the criteria set to all sources/categories to autopost.

Please advise.
