Request for additional information for PGA usage metric

Currently default metric "SGA and PGA Usage" gives PGA usage as a number. I need to setup a custom metric extension for PGA usage percent so I can setup warning and critical alerts at 85% and 95%. 

Please provide the query used for PGA usage. information from v$process and v$pgastat is not giving us the correct value. Alert log PGA errors always seems to match the OEM metric PGA usage.
