Weblogic 14 dependencies Oracle Maven Repo

We are upgrading weblogic to version 14.1.1-0-0 and we have some com.oracle.weblogic Maven dependencies that we are using in our application development that need to be upgraded for v14.

I noticed the version 12.1.3-0-0 dependencies are in the Oracle Maven repository but the 14.1.1-0-0 are not able to be downloaded. Are these dependencies present in the Maven repository? It doesn't look like it.

14.1.1-0-0 jar cannot be found.

12.1.3-0-0 jar can be downloaded

My company has setup a remote connection to the Oracle Maven Repository and I noticed the v14 dependencies are not there.
