Multiple Functionality Required from a Single Responsbility

Hi Team,

We have one requirement. Need to perform multiple operation from a single responsibility.

We are using Oracle Install base Agent user to access IB page. Now the requirement is mentioned like below

User A : Should be allow to update only Assets and rest of all will be read-only

User B: Should be allow to update only Contact information and rest of all be will be read-only

User C: Should not be allow to update any thing which User A or User B has accessible.

We can achieve this by creating different Menu and Responsibility combination but then if the partial access requirement increases we need to create multiple combination. So is there any way we can manage this in One responsibility.
