Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Hi all

We have a customer where the users are not able to connect from old HFM client 11.1.2.3.xxx to their HFM server 11.2.4.

I am guessing this is because it is badly configured in the first place.

Can someone please point me to the documentation where we can use the old client with the new HFM server and how to configure it?

If this is not possible, how can we proceed?

I am finding the documentation a little confusing and nowhere it is mentioned how to use the old client with new server, unless it is not supported?
