How to query item cost as screen shown?

Hi, everybody!

Which is the appropriate way to query cost of an item, given its cost organization, book, valuation unit, as it shown in screen?

I don't understand data from CST_PERPAVG_COST table yet.

So far, I understand that it stores every transaction which affect this type of cost, its date and cost calculation. But, when I query data from shown date, it doesn't retrieve cost as I see it on screen.

Any help, I'll appreciate it.
