Modifying Units in a spreadsheet form

In Primavera P6, we could modify/edit the budgeted/remaining units in the Resource Assignments. However in Assignment List, it is not so (we cannot edit) it is read only.

So is there any option in Primavera cloud where we can modify or edit the allocated units like the way we can in the resource assignment of P6?
