How to get --noautobackup to work in odacli modify-database?

I'm on ODA 19.14 on x8-2s. I'm trying to create a Longterm self-contained backup of a database on the ODA to a new NFS location - apart from the autobackups - so as to easily identify all files related to the Longterm backup. I will then send the Longterm backup files along with the backup report to a remote location using RSYNC or SFTP. I do not want other autobackup files such as archivelog backups since I only need to restore to the point and time of the backup and want to minimize bandwidth used for the transfer so I
