Review Attachment Fluid page not display the attachments.

The employee has Submitted the life event in benefit self service and uploaded the attachment for approval. Now As a manager when I went to approve the life event , I am able to see the attachment. But if I want to only review the attachment on Review Benefit Attachment Page (Navigation : Root > Fluid Structure Content > Fluid Pages > Review Benefits Attachment) , I could not see the same and page says no document uploaded. Even After Manager approve the transaction , I could still not see the attachment. Any body have idea what is wrong here?
