Refresh_My_Oracle_Support nightly job fails with I/O exception

Hello,

I am currently running OEM 13.5.0 and the "out of the box" nightly job to "Refresh_My_Oracle_Support" fails with:


- Error 89e752bd-c091-45b4-b59f-e36b1d47ae3d: Encountered an unexpected IO exception.Cause: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream - An error has occurred. The session is being rolled back.

I check the log files and it shows me:

2022-04-01 00:09:46,491 [RJob Step 110146] ERROR aru.UpdateARUTables logp.251 - UpdateARUTables:

oracle.sysman.emInternalSDK.core.patch.rfm.RFMException: 89e752bd-c091-45b4-b59f-e36b1d47ae3d: Unexpected IO exception

    at oracle.sysman.core.patch.rfm.RFMUtils.newRFMException(RFMUtils.java:124)
