t4-1get the same error for disk 0 and 1 on shutdown/restart operation

the error is:

open_module[0: /etc/pam.d/login] stat(/usr/lib/security//64/pam_dhkeys.so.1) failed: No such file or direcotry

libpam ignoring missing legacy module entry /usr/lib/security//64/pam_dhkeys.so.1 in /etc/pam.d/login. Remove the configuration file entry or reinstall the module

Run show/faulty and get this:

/SYS/HDD0

fault/0 fault.io.disk.predictive failure 100%

msgid DISK-8000-0X

It shows both disks with issue and the boot disk not booting.

How do I recover from this??
