Unable to View Approve Button in Journal Batch - Need to Resubmit JV for aproval

Dear gurus,

We have JV approval process and End user submitted JV for approval but his line manager is terminated and its with his queue and when we forward to active line manager it got failed and now, business want to re-submitall JV batches for approval.

But i am not able to see enabled approve button in Batch JV.

Need enabled approve button to submits for approval.


Need solution to activate Approve BUTTON in JV batch form to re submit approval process.
