Project and Expenditure Organizations mass upload

Hi All,

There is a requirement in which I have to mass upload records(1K+) under General Ledger Super User responsibility

Setup --> Financials --> Accounting Setup Manager --> Accounting Setup --> Legal Entities--> Establishment Details --> Associated Business Entities --> Project and Expenditure Organizations.

So is there any Public API available for the same or any such method which help me to fulfill this requirement.
