Remove the attachment button from supplier's site

I don't know if you've ever encountered the next problem, but I said I'd try to find a solution.

On the page that supplier sees, we want to remove this attachment button because it misleads it.

This blank page appears when the supplier presses the attachment button.

Do you know if there is a solution to remove the attachment button from the supplier page?
