Custom UBE to Email or Archive BIP Outputs

I have been tasked to create a custom UBE to find UBE outputs and either email it or copy it to a folder via runtime selection using processing option inputs for Report Name, Version and Job Number. This was relatively simple to do for standard JDE outputs because they are all stored in the print queue folder on server.

However, we don't have a physical location for BIP outputs and my understanding they are created at runtime for viewing. I understand that I could use the burst facility and archive facility for BIP to achieve the desired result but that would mean enhancing and configuring for every possible BIP report which is impractical.
