Procurement webADI has IllegalStateException in BNE log file

Good Afternoon,

Has anyone tried at Purchasing Bulkload Integrator using webADI to update distributions. Please let me know.

When I change from 1 award to other, I get Award_Number is Invalid.


Any pointers of great help!
