TLS renewal

Hello,

Is there any way how to renew a certificate holding the private key without a new CSR?

I got an annual certificate update (I paid for validity of 5 years and the validity of the first certificate was one year) for year two and I dont how to apply it. If I import it the SBC says that the certificate has been already imported (that correct, it was imported a year ago). If I create a new certificate-record, I cannot import the renewed certificate due to missing CSR and if I generate CSR the renewed certificate cannot be imported, because it is not compliant with the CSR.
