How to Implementing Minnesota for Out of State Tax Reporting?

Hello-

We are starting to look at setting up the State of Minnesota for Out of State Tax Reporting. What steps do we need to complete once we've acquired a Tax ID for Minnesota so we can begin reporting Out of State Taxes. This will be our first out of state tax reporting entity. Currenting we only work with WA State since it is our neighboring state. Our business is located in Oregon.
