API or queries used for Item Supply/Demand Form INVDVDSD

A user is requesting custom report that will have similar functions as the Form INVDVDSD 'Find Supply Demand Item'.

I'm looking to see if there is an API that I can call for the same information or a query that I can execute that would still give me the Date, Supply/Demand Type, Identifier, Quantity, Available Quantity.

I opened up INVDVDSD.fmb in Oracle Forms Builder but was not able to determine the logic deriving this information.
