Xenvironment and xstore are not communicating shows TLS version mismatch error

Xenvironment ,xstore version 4.8

We are upgrading the java version for xstore

After that xstore and xenvironment are not communicating to each other , when i open the workstation or close it just gives this error message ,

Please let us know your thoughts on how to handle this exception
