Not able to drop TEMP tablespace in RDS Oracle 19 C with October 2021 Patch

Dear All,


We are Not able to drop TEMP tablespace in RDS Oracle 19 C with October 2021 Patch

due to

QL> drop tablespace TEMPRDS including contents and datafiles;

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-60100: dropping temporary tablespace with tablespace ID number (tsn) 16 is

blocked due to sort segments

As per observation, it seems to be Bug so not releasing temp segments.

Could you please clarify on this.
