Not able to run Period End Accruals Program

in Cost Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

In DEV Instance Period end accruals completed for MAR-22 period and created some PO's for testing and later tried to run the Period end accruals program but it is not allowing to run.

In Parameters for Periods not showing anything.....What could be the issue

Can we run the period accruals program middle of the month
